The Salt Must Touch The Meat

Our text is Matt 5:13-16.  In the sermon, Pastor King emphasizes that salt has no effect on meat it doesn’t touch.  Likewise, we have no effect on the lost we know unless we make personal contact with them.

Then he gave multiple illustrations of churches around the country that are effectively witnessing and growing because members of the church have discovered ways that they can “touch the meat”.

He encouraged us to “find a way” to build relationships with people through which we can be effective witnesses for the Lord.
