Being Spirit-filled is another necessary quality of those whom God chooses to help in the ministry of local churches.

In Ex 28:3 “All that are wise hearted whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom”.  These are the men and women who made all of things for the tabernacle.

In Ex 31:2-6 God filled Bezaleel with the spirit of God.  and in Aholiab and “in the hearts of all that are wise hearted I have put wisdom”.  They were able to do the work they did because God put his spirit and wisdom in them.

In Num 11:17 God said, “I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them…”. See Num 11:25, 29.  God didn’t just put his spirit upon them; he put the spirit that he put in Moses upon them.  This is very important for the continuity and cohesiveness of all who work together in the ministry for the Lord.

In Acts 4:31-32, we see that the Spirit continues to fill those he uses.  And the evidence was their boldness, for which they prayed.   And in Eph 5:18 we are to all be filled with the Spirit.

In Eph 4:3 one sign that men and women are cooperating with the Spirit of God in a local church is their unity.
