In Matt 17:20-21, Matt 21:21-22, and Mk 11:22-24 Jesus mentioned three elements of what I’m calling “mountain moving prayer”. 

Though you don’t read about someone in the Bible moving mountains by prayer, you have certainly seen some miraculous things God did in answer to prayer.  The principles he wanted us to get from these passages will certainly strengthen our prayer life if we will apply them.

The three things Jesus taught his disciples to do when  praying for something “big” are:

Have Faith in God.

Ask in Prayer.

Believe, nothing doubting.

This sermon expands on each of these points and concludes with several Biblical and personal illustrations to encourage us to follow what Jesus told his disciples when he taught them about mountain moving prayer.
